All arrangements done to  conclude Prez’s prog beautifully: DM

Agartala. 11th October 22 :  West District Magistrate, Debapriya Bardhan today said that all arrangements were done to conclude the programme of President of India peacefully and in a beautiful manner.

“The president will arrive in Agartala at 11:15 AM than she will left for inauguration of  Judicial academy at TIT and will lay foundation stone of Law University. Then at 3.30 PM she will leave for Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhawan in which the president will inaugurate more projects virtually and at 6.30 PM a civic reception will be given to the President by the Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) at Agartala Town Hall”, said the DM.

He further informed that on next day which is October 13 two new trains are scheduled to be flagged off at Agartala railway station. And later she will fly to Tripurasundari temple by helicopter of Indian Air Force from there she will be back to Delhi.“Today morning the Director General of Police and Chief Secretary held a review meeting with all the concerned officials to complete the programme in a beautiful way”, the DM added.

Later, the West SP Sankar Debnath said Tripura Police has deployed adequate numbers of security forces across the state especially in Agartala city centring the two day visit of President of India Droupadi Murmu.
