Agartala, 26th September 2024: Hotel Polo Towers, Agartala, Tripura’s only 5-star hotel is all set to celebrate Durga Puja with a special Durgotsav Mahabhoj-themed buffet at their Three81 Restaurant (Lobby Level) on October 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th for both lunch and dinner. While the Three81 restaurant will be exclusively serving this curated feast, the Sky Grill & Bar (1st Floor Lounge) will offer a select choice from their à la carte menu.
Executive Chef Prasar has specially crafted the buffet menu, incorporating authentic household recipes. Speaking about the occasion, he said, “Durga Puja allows me to dig deep into my native recipes to curate a feast that symbolizes the true essence of how good food is celebrated and divine.”
Highlights of the menu include dishes like Kaju Katla Fish Masala, Gondhoraj Fish Curry, Lau Chingri, Makhana Paneer, Gobindobhog Chaler Mutton Biryani, and Rajbhog.
In addition to the culinary offerings, Hotel Polo Towers is also offering special Pijo Staycation Packages for couples, friends, and families. According to Mr. Gunjan Gupta, Cluster General Manager, “We strive to offer luxury and flavor, bringing culinary magic to this Durga Puja.”
The festivities will include a traditional welcome by Dhakis, live Baul singing, and festive décor for an authentic celebration in a luxurious 5-star setting.
