A total of 32 enemy properties will be auctioned on January 28, 2026, via the e-auction platform of government-owned MSTC Ltd. These properties are located in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands), and Tripura.

In Tripura, four enemy properties in the West Tripura district are included in the auction. These are situated along the Assam–Agartala road, in the North Champamura/Briddhanagar and Joynagar areas, under the Jirania, Khayerpur, and East Barjala tehsils.

Interested bidders must register on the MSTC portal by paying a one-time registration fee of Rs 1,180, valid for one year.
