Agartala, 29th October 2025:    In a spirited push towards building a self-reliant and prosperous India, Kailashahar Mandal continued its public outreach today under the banner of “Swadeshi in Every Home, Swadeshi at Heart.” The campaign took place in Ward No. 4 of the Kailashahar Municipal Council, with Mandal President Pritam Ghosh leading the initiative.

The day’s programme saw active participation from the ward councillor, booth president, and local volunteers, who went door-to-door encouraging residents to embrace indigenous products. Volunteers explained the essence of the Swadeshi movement, emphasizing its role in strengthening the national economy and fostering pride in Indian craftsmanship.

Speaking to media personnel here, Mandal President Pritam Ghosh remarked, “Swadeshi is not just a slogan—it’s a symbol of our journey towards a self-reliant India. By choosing domestic products in our homes and daily lives, we not only empower our economy but also contribute to a more prosperous nation. Kailashahar Mandal is committed to delivering this message to every household. We want every family to internalize Swadeshi as part of their identity. Our local artisans are creating worthy alternatives to foreign goods, and it’s time we place our trust in them.”

The outreach concluded with the distribution of leaflets and a collective pledge among residents to increase the use of Swadeshi products in their daily lives.
