Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Agartala excels in CBSE board examinations

Agartala, 14th May 2025:  Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Agartala has once again proven its academic excellence with an outstanding performance in the CBSE Board Examinations for the academic session 2024–25. The school reported a 100% pass percentage in Class X and a commendable 96.67% in Class XII, reflecting the relentless dedication of students and teachers alike.

In Class X, a total of 81 students secured First Division, with 11 achieving above 90%. The school toppers include Arijit Sarkar (98.6%), Samadrita Banik (98.0%) and Aditya Majumdar (95.6%).

Class XII results were equally praiseworthy. 80 students secured First Division, and 7 scored above 90%. The stream-wise toppers are Kalpadip Chakraborty (Commerce – 95.6%), Subha Chakraborty (Science – 95.2%) and Subhasmita Lenka (Humanities – 93.8%).

The Principal of the school Dr Dharmendra Mishra attributed this success to the tireless efforts of the dedicated teaching staff, the unwavering support of parents, and the consistent encouragement and backing from ONGC Tripura Asset. “Under the visionary leadership of ONGC, our students have thrived academically and personally. We are grateful for the continued support and motivation extended to us,” the Principal stated.The vidyalaya looks forward to building on this success and scaling new heights in the future.
