Agartala, March 04, 2023: The Left Front-Congress alliance leader and MLA Islam Uddin gathered at the Churaibari Bazar on Saturday and met the North Tripura district’s Superintendent of Police and Northern DIG at first.
Thereafter, SP Kiran Kumar K and Northern DIG Manchak Ippa, along with huge contingent of police and CRPF personnel arrived at Churaibari Bazar to reach the area of peace and talked to the leaders and workers of the Left Front and Congress parties. At that time, the MLA handed over a written deputation to Northern DIG.
Speaking to media personnel here, Northern DIG Ippa said that the police administration of the district is very active in maintaining peace by stopping political terrorism in the area. Moreover, they will take legal action by identifying those involved in violating laws.
In his message, the Left Front and Congress alliance camp also breathed a sigh of relief. However, the ruling party has called for peace in the entire area.
