Agartala, March 31. MLA of Kalyanpur-Pramodnagar assembly constituency on Wednesday handed over the keys of TomTom, e-battery rickshaw vehicles to four unemployed youths of the block area as part of Swabalamban program in front of Kalyanpur RD block.
It may be noted that these four tomtoms were given to Biswajit Mazumdar, Alak Nag, Paplu Das and Subhash Debnath of the block area under the Swabalamban scheme under the government subsidy after imparting training in Teliamura.
BDO Kalyanpur Block Tarun Kanti Sarkar, Additional BDO Dilip Debnath, Block Vice-Chairman Rajib Pal and others were present in the short program organized on the occasion.
Beneficiaries were immensely happy to get TomTom with government support.
