Agartala, 17th June 2024: A student of class X from Paharmura under Khowai police station has taken his own life. The young boy identified as 15-year-old Rana Deb was found hanging in his room earlier on Monday.
According to reports, Rana was playing with his friends around 10 am before he returned home. Shortly after, he went into his room, closing the door and windows behind him. Concerned family members found him hanging from the window just moments later.
Rana was immediately rescued and rushed to Khowai District Hospital, where doctor on-duty declared him dead upon arrival. The untimely death of this young student has plunged the Paharmura area into deep sorrow and mourning.
