Sacked teacher’s son’s acquires best result in Madhyamik, demands support from CM for studies

Agartala, June 10, 2023: Salka Debbarma, a secondary school student, wants to reach his goals despite extreme poverty. He is a resident of Kanchanmala in Golaghati assembly constituency but his family is currently living in Jampuijala Naba Sardar Para due to his education.

Salka Debbarma secured first rank among tribal secondary examinees in the state by securing 478 marks in the 2023 academic year. His father Uttam Debbarma was a teacher in 10323 lot after losing his job to raise his son as a man and to support the family with the money he earns from a small shop next to the house to pay for his son’s education and somehow support the family.

Meanwhile, Salka Debbarma wishes to do something for this society by studying Science stream and brightening the face of her parents. So far no government representative and no political representative has come to inquire about Salka Debbarma. His father Uttam Debbarma is worried about his son, how can his only son reach his goal in the midst of so much poverty by saving a handful for the family that poverty never leaves them.

Despite this poverty, Salka Devvarma wants to study, build his future and engage himself in the service of society. Salka Debbarma has requested the Chief Minister of the state to study her petition and extend his help in one way or another to reach his goal.
