“However, Narendra Modi had to bow down his head before the farmers and had to repeal the three agriculture law. He had to apologies. We then said not only announcement of repealing of the law but he have to repeal it in the Parliament in which he has declared it. However he also did it”, he said.

A committee was supposed to be formed with the delegation of Sanjukta Kisan Morcha. We have also sent names of 5 persons but it has been one year the government didn’t fulfilled our demands while they have formed a committee without consulting with us. They formed the committee with the officers and included members, who had supported the three farm laws. Sanukta Kisan Morcha has decided that no one from our organisation would be there and boycotted the committee. That day we have also decided to begin our protest after the harvest season ends”, he said.Kar further said that along with the entire nation the SKM in Agartala also held ‘Chakka Jam’ and in coming days across the state the Chakka Jam would be held in national highways.
