STGT hold protest, demands release of results

Agartala: August 11. In a fervent display of frustration and concern, a group of job hopefuls gathered at Shiksha Bhawan on Friday to demand the prompt release of STGT (Selection Test for Graduate Teacher) results.

The agitated protestors raised their voices against the delay in the release of the results for the STGT examination conducted in 2022.

With nearly a year having passed since the exam, the job seekers are growing increasingly anxious about their employment prospects.

The protestors, hailing from various backgrounds, united, expressed their dismay over the prolonged wait for the results.

“We find ourselves compelled to resort to this protest as a last resort, seeking the attention of the state government towards our legitimate concerns,” said one of the protestor.

They have demand voiced by the demonstrators is the swift publication of the STGT results, accompanied by the immediate commencement of the recruitment process.

The protestors emphasized the potential consequences of a prolonged recruitment process closure, questioning the fate of their aspirations and the stability of the job market.
