Agartala, 9th October 2025 : Neuberg Pulse Diagnostics, one of India’s fastest-growing diagnostic chains, has officially entered the Tripura healthcare market with the inauguration of its first state-of-the-art laboratory in Dharmanagar. The launch marks a significant milestone for the region, as Newberg becomes the first national diagnostic brand to establish a presence in North Tripura.
The new 1,500-square-foot facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology capable of processing over 2,000 samples daily and offering more than 6,000 routine and super-specialty tests under one roof. Services include ultrasound, ECG, echocardiography, TMT, PFT, genomics, proteomics, home sample collection, health check packages, personalized genomic profiling, smart digital reports, and consultation support.
The lab was inaugurated by Tinku Roy, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, alongside Neuberg Pulse Diagnostics CEO and Managing Director Sunayana Bihani. Speaking at the event, Bihani emphasized the company’s commitment to improving healthcare access in the region:
“With this launch, we’re not just opening a lab—we’re opening the door to advanced healthcare for the people of North Tripura. Our goal is to eliminate long waits for critical test results and empower doctors and patients with timely insights.”
Previously, patients in Dharmanagar often had to travel over 150 kilometers to Agartala for routine diagnostics. The new facility aims to bridge this gap, ensuring faster and more reliable results for the community.
Neuberg Pulse has partnered with Prime Care Hospital to establish its presence in Agartala and now plans to expand diagnostic services across Tripura. The group has pledged an investment of over ₹20 crore over the next two years to strengthen its footprint throughout the state, including North Tripura, Unakoti, and neighboring districts in Assam such as Karimganj and Hailakandi.
The initiative is part of a broader joint venture with Kolkata-based Pulse Diagnostics, aimed at reinforcing Neuberg’s presence across Eastern India, including West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and the Northeast.
