Agartala, November 2, 2023: Srijita Bhattacharjee, a flight attendant from Tripura, has bagged a role in a Bollywood movie. She is the daughter of Jayanta Bhattacharya and Shyama De Bhattacharya, who live in Joynagar, Agartala.
Srijita Bhattacharjee said in an interview that she never expected to get an opportunity to act in Bollywood. She met Bollywood director Alok Srivastava at the Mumbai airport, where he expressed his interest in casting her. He invited her to his office, where she passed various tests and got selected for his upcoming movie Manali Krim, which will start shooting from January.
She also said that she did not have any childhood dream of becoming an actor, but she developed a passion for Bollywood as she grew up. She pursued this path with determination and hard work. Now she is looking forward to impressing the audience with her performance in the new Bollywood venture. Director Alok Srivastava is known for making several popular movies in the Hindi film industry.
