Agartala, 26th April 2025: The third conference of the Tripura Rubber Workers Union, Jampuijala Sub-division took place this afternoon at the CPIM party office, Durga Das Sikder Smriti Bhaban near Bishramganj Motor Stand. The event commenced with the hoisting of the organization’s flag and a floral tribute at the martyr’s altar.
Originally planned for the Jampuijala area, the conference was relocated to Bishramganj due to prevailing circumstances. The union reported that 309 members were registered in Jampuijala for the 2024-25 period with 60 representatives participating in the conference.
Leaders emphasized that the conference would serve as a platform for extensive discussions to determine the union’s future direction. Prominent attendees included the organization’s state joint secretary Jiban Chakraborty, along with CITU state leaders Ravi Debbarma, Sunil Debbarma, Ranjan Debbarma, Pradeep Das, and Brinda Debbarma.
