Agartala, 6th February 2025: A youth named Ratnadev Reang was seriously injured after being shot while collecting flower brooms in the forest, spreading panic in the Khasmai Para area under Manikpur police station. The victim is currently undergoing treatment at Dhalai District Hospital, Kulai.
Reportedly, Reang, a resident of the Khasmai area was collecting flower brooms in the forest when he was suddenly shot. Despite his severe injury, he managed to escape from the forest and return home, where his family members promptly rescued him and took him to the hospital.
The police are investigating the incident, and local authorities have urged residents to remain vigilant.
