My thoughts are with families who lost their loved ones in Cyclone Michaung : PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said his thoughts were with the families of those who have lost their loved ones and offered prayers and support to all those affected by Cyclone Michaung in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry.

In a post on X, Mr Modi said his prayers are with those injured or affected.

He said authorities were working tirelessly on the ground to assist those affected and they would continue their work until the situation was fully normalised.

“My thoughts are with the families of those who have lost their loved ones due to Cyclone Michaung,

especially in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry”, Mr Modi said.

“My prayers are with those injured or affected in the wake of this cyclone. Authorities have been

working tirelessly on the ground to assist those affected and will continue their work till the situation

fully normalises”, the Prime Minister added.
