Agartala July 31: Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences (TIPS) has introduced six new courses from the academic session 2022-23.
The Courses include, Bachelor in Food and Nutrition-3yrs, Master of Physiotherapy-2yrs, Master in Medical Laboratory Science-2yrs, Master in Hospital Administration-2yrs, Master in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology-2yrs and Master of Optometry-2yrs.
In a press release, TIPs Agartala which is a venture with Dept of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Tripura has been running 7 paramedical degree programs and 3 nursing programs under the affiliation of Tripura Central University and Tripura Nursing Council since its establishment in the year 2009.
In a press meet on Sunday, Principal Prof. Dr. Chhanda Banerjee along with departmental coordinators announced the introduction of 6 new courses in the College.
