China encourages NATO to soul search, exit cold war mindset, avoid bloc conflicts

 China encouraged NATO to reassess its approach, move beyond Cold War attitudes, and stop fostering bloc confrontations, China’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Zhang Jun said during a UN Security Council meeting.

“We encourage NATO to do some soul searching, come out of the cage of cold war mentality and refrain from acting as an agent of troubles instigating block confrontation,” Zhang Jun said on Friday.
