Russian Air Defence Systems shot down 148 Ukrainian UAVs in 24 hrs: Military

Russian air defence systems have shot down 148 Ukrainian drones over the regions in the past 24 hours, the Russian defence Ministry said on Monday.

“In total, during the raid from 10:00 Moscow time [07:00 GMT] on May 25 to 8:00 Moscow time on May 26, 148 Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs were shot down over Russian regions,” the ministry said in a statement.

Russian air defence systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 96 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions at night, the ministry added.
