CM Allocates Rs 10 Crore from Relief Fund for Disaster Management

Agartala, 5th September 2025:   Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has sanctioned an additional Rs 10 crore from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to the Revenue Department to bolster disaster management initiatives in the state.

Dr. Saha highlighted that following last year’s devastating floods, the state government has released a total of Rs 35 crore from the Relief Fund in four separate installments to support recovery and relief operations.

“The state government remains committed to ensuring prompt assistance during natural disasters. These funds will help strengthen preparedness and provide timely support to affected communities,” said Dr. Saha.

The latest allocation underscores the government’s continued focus on proactive disaster management and community support in vulnerable areas of Tripura.
