Agartala, 11th September 2025:    A female employee at the Santirbazar School Inspector’s Office has come under fire following allegations of repeated misconduct and workplace indiscipline. The controversy erupted after reports emerged that the woman identified as Piyali Biswas allegedly threw her footwear at fellow staff members during a heated altercation yesterday.

Biswas, who was appointed as a UDC (Upper Division Clerk) five months back, has reportedly been involved in multiple incidents of verbal abuse and harassment towards colleagues. A video circulating among staff members purportedly captures her shouting, using offensive language and hurling a shoe at co-workers.

Sources within the office revealed that Biswas had previously been transferred in 2020 due to similar behavioral issues. Despite her history, officials claim that School Inspector Pranab Sarkar has remained passive failing to take disciplinary action. Staff members allege that Sarkar’s silence has emboldened the employee and contributed to a toxic work environment.

Further complaints include Biswas monopolizing a shared office computer and preventing others from using it, which reportedly triggered yesterday’s confrontation. Today, when inquiries were made at the office, several employees expressed deep frustration and demanded immediate administrative intervention.
