Agartala, 18th September 2025: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hitasadhini Co-operative Marketing Society Ltd. was convened today at the society’s two-storey office building located within the Rajbari premises in Dharmanagar.
The meeting commenced around 11 a.m. and was formally inaugurated by Aparna Nath, Sabhadipati of the Uttar Tripura Zilla Parishad. Among the distinguished guests present were Saha-Sabhadipati of the Zilla Parishad Bhabatosh Das, Dharmanagar Municipal Council Chairperson Mitali Rani Das Sen, Society Chairman Alokesh Aditya, and social workers Kajal Das and Shyamal Nath.
In accordance with the Tripura State Co-operative Act, the AGM reviewed the society’s financial and operational activities for the previous fiscal year, approved the income-expenditure statements, and adopted the budget and strategic plan for the upcoming financial year. The meeting formally endorsed the budget and action plan for FY 2025–26.
