Job Scam Alert Issued by Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited

Agartala, 15th December 2025:   The Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) has issued a public warning about the rise of job scam rackets operating across the state. In an official post shared on its Facebook page, the corporation cautioned job aspirants against fraudsters who are attempting to cheat people by promising government jobs in exchange for money.

According to TSECL, these scammers are contacting job seekers over the phone and falsely assuring them of employment in various government departments. In several cases, fraudsters have reportedly collected money from candidates and distributed fake appointment letters in the name of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited.

The corporation has clearly stated that it has no connection whatsoever with these fraudulent activities. TSECL has appealed to all job aspirants to remain vigilant and not fall prey to such scams.

The corporation further clarified that any official recruitment process or job-related information will be communicated only through advertisements published in newspapers and notifications issued on TSECL’s official website.

TSECL has urged the public to verify information carefully and report any suspicious activities to avoid financial loss and deception.
