Agartala, 9th March 2026: A tragic road accident in the Kaptali area last night resulted in the death of a young man, casting a deep shadow of grief over the community.
According to local sources, a commander jeep lost control and fell into a ditch in Kaptali. The driver, identified as Gopiranjan Tripura, was rescued by firefighters and rushed to Sabroom Sub-Divisional Hospital. However, doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
The police arrived at the scene to carry out a detailed investigation. The exact cause of the accident is still under inquiry. The incident has left the local residents in shock and mourning.
