Agartala, 17th June 2026: Tripura Pradesh BJP President Abhishek Debroy undertook an organizational tour of Sadar (Rural) district on Wednesday, participating in a series of programmes aimed at strengthening party outreach and promoting public welfare initiatives.
During the visit, Debroy offered prayers at the revered Chaturdash Devata temple, seeking peace, happiness, and prosperity for the people of the state. He later joined a tree plantation drive, emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation and the need to expand green cover to ensure a healthier and more sustainable Tripura for future generations.
Paschim Tripura Zilla Parishad Sabhadhipati Biswajit Shil stated that the State President’s visit significantly boosted the morale of party workers and reinforced grassroots-level organizational activities. He noted that such interactions help deepen the party’s connect with the public while accelerating welfare-oriented initiatives across the district.
Shil further highlighted that inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign and guided by Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, the BJP continues to work with dedication toward building a self-reliant, prosperous, and developed Tripura. He reiterated that the party remains committed to the principles of service, good governance, and inclusive development, with public service as its core mission and development as its primary goal.
