Agartala, 5th September 2026 : The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has deferred the written examinations scheduled for September 6 for recruitment to the posts of Food Safety Officer and Medical Officer (Dental) under the Government of Tripura.
According to an official notification issued by the Commission on September 5, the decision was taken due to unavoidable circumstances. The examinations were being conducted in connection with Advertisement No. 23/2025 dated July 24, 2025, for the post of Food Safety Officer, Group-B Gazetted, under the Health and Family Welfare Department, and Advertisement No. 26/2025 dated August 28, 2025, for the post of Medical Officer (Dental), Grade-IV of TDS, Group-A Gazetted.
Both written examinations, which were scheduled to be held on September 6, 2026, have now been deferred until further notice.
The TPSC stated that the detailed programme for the rescheduled written examinations will be uploaded on the Commission’s official website in due course. Candidates have been advised to regularly check the TPSC website for further updates regarding the revised examination schedule.
