Agartala: April 18. Tripura food and civil supply minister Sushanta Chowdhury today met with a couple of senior BJP leaders including Union Minister of Food, Consumer Affairs, Commerce and Industries, Piyush Goyal at New Delhi.
On facebook minister Chowdhury wrote that during the meeting with the union minister, he has assured all kinds of assistance from his office in the near future.
“Today in New Delhi, I had a courtesy meeting with Piyush Goyal, Minister of Food, Public Distribution, Consumer Affairs, Commerce, Industries and Textiles, Central Government, to wish him Happy Bengali New Year. During the meeting we had held a conversation on various matters related to the Department of Food and Consumer Affairs of Tripura in detail. The Minister assured all kinds of assistance from his office in the near future”, said Chowdhury.
Minister Chowdhury also met Dr. Mahesh Sharma, MP-in-Charge of Tripura Pradesh of Bharatiya Janata Party in New Delhi and Bharatiya Janata Party Spokesperson and North East Coordinator Sambit Patra in New Delhi to wish them Happy Bengali New Year.
