Agartala: July 28. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma emphasized on speedy completion of all the developmental works undertaken in various areas by maintaining coordination between various departments.
He reviewed the developmental activities of various departments in two separate meetings at Khwoai Panchayat Samiti Hall and Khowai Dak Bungalow today and said that the present government of the state has taken initiatives to deliver various services to the very last person of the society.
“Officials of various departments and persons at various levels of administration associated with them are responsible for the proper implementation of this initiative. It should be ensured that a wide section of the society has access to various services”, he said.
Among others present in the meeting were Chairman of Khwoai Zilla Parishad Jayader Debbarma, Chief whip and MLA Kalyani Roy, MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury, MLA Dr. Atul Debbarma, MLA Prashant Debbarma, District Magistrate LT Darnong Additional District Magistrate Sushanta Kumar Sarkar and officials of various departments.
