Agartala, August 29, 2023: After opening fair price outlets for onions in the markets of Maharaj Ganj Bazar, Battala and Lake Chowmuhani, another onion counter under the initiative of the Food department was opened for the sale of onions at a fair price to the consumers at ration shop number 21, Pragati road on Tuesday.

Here onions will be sold to the consumers at a price of Rs 37 per kg every day from 7 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 7 pm. The counter was opened for the benefits of the consumers due to the surging prices of onions in the market.
