DYFI and TYF students’ organizations protest with multiple demands

Agartala, 12th April 2025:   The Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) and Tribal Youth Federation (TYF) student organizations have raised their voices against issues such as unemployment, corruption, and the alleged “rule of the jungle.” Today, a protest was organized by the Abhoynagar-Indranagar local committee of the student organizations.

A student leader from TYF stated that corruption has spread across all sectors under the BJP government. Additionally, unemployment has become a burning issue in Tripura. The leader questioned why the current government has not taken any initiatives to address these problems.

In response, DYFI and TYF have demanded immediate action to create employment opportunities and implement strict measures against drug abuse and trafficking.
