Overall development not possible excluding a part of society: Sushanta

Agartala: November 16. Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Sushanta Chowdhury today stated that overall development is not possible by excluding a part of the society.

Minister Chowdhury today inaugurated a three-day photo exhibition cum outreach program at Tripura Agricultural College in Lembuchara under the initiative of Central Bureau of Communication Agartala Field Office of Government of India Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and in collaboration with Tripura Agricultural College.

Inaugurating the program, the Minister said that after the establishment of the present central government, this exhibition has been organized to inform the students of various colleges and schools of the state about the measures taken for the development of the country, especially for the development of farmers.

“Everyone needs to know what programs the central government is implementing for the development of farmers, the development of poor people, and the development of students. Overall development is not possible by excluding a part of the society or an individual. So everyone should go together. Everyone needs to know where progress is being made. The benefits of development programs should reach the last person. The government is proceeding with this vision”, said the minister.
