MPW, ANM qualified youths held protest, demands recruitment

Agartala Nov 24: The Unemployed trained MPW and ANM qualified job seekers staged protest and later placed deputation to the Director of Health Services at Gorkhabasti are in the capital city on Thursday.

The qualified youths alleged nil recruitment under ruling BJP government after cancellation of all ongoing recruitment process.Resented with the deaf and dumb role of the BJP-led state government and the concerned administration, the trained youths once again staged protest in front of Health Department Office.

“We met the Director of Health Department several times, placed deputations, we also tried to meet the health minister as well as the finance minister. But they seem to have no time for us”, alleged the protesting youths.

Talking to the reporters, the agitators added, “The director informed us of huge number of vacant posts, but the state government is reluctant to take any step on recruiting us”.The job aspirants added, “In 2017, 791 posts were created which is now added with numerous vacant posts after many employees got retired”.Displaying placards demanding recruitments, the MPW qualified youths said, “Right now there are above 1000 MPW vacant posts, and we want recruitment soon”.The job seekers warned to stage larger movement in near days if they are not recruited at the earliest.
