Agartala Nov 26: On the 8th consecutive day of “Tripura Bachao-Bharat Jodo” program, a huge rally was organized in the Ramnagar assembly constituency area led by former MLA Asish Kumar Saha.
Speaking to the media persons, “Tripura Bachao-Bharat Jodo Yatra” is a campaign to unite the common people against the divisive policies of the BJP-led state government, said former MLA Asish Kumar Saha.
Saha said, “Our program in Tripura is a part of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo’ mission against several problems that have unprecedentedly flourished across the state under the BJP-led governance”.
“Massive unemployment, rising prices of essentials, violence, disrupted law and order situation and many more have added to the owes of common people”, he added.Saha further said, “The BJP cannot suppress our voice by using ‘bike-bahini’. The foot march is getting remarkable response across the state”.
