Shatadal Sangha and Tripura Adivasi Samiti hold relief drive for flood-affected families

Agartala, 8th June 2025:   In a humanitarian effort to support families affected by recent floods, Shatadal Sangha and Tripura Adivasi Samiti jointly organized a relief distribution program at the Shatadal Sangha Club premises in Ashram Chowmuhani here today. The initiative aimed to provide essential supplies to those in distress, with special focus on children and mothers.

During the program, flood-affected children received milk and biscuits, while mothers were provided with rice and pulses. Several dignitaries attended the event, including Club Secretary Adhir Debnath, East Zone Chairman of the Municipal Corporation Sukhamoy Saha, Ward No. 25 Corporator Seema Debnath and representatives from Tripura Adivasi Samiti.

Emphasizing the importance of social responsibility, the organizers assured that similar efforts would continue on a larger scale in the future. Local residents expressed their gratitude for the initiative and urged more social organizations to participate in such relief drives.
