Rukmini Vasanth hints at being cast opposite Jr NTR

Acclaimed South Indian actress Rukmini Vasanth has set the rumour mills ablaze with cryptic social media post that fans believe all but confirms her casting alongside “man of masses” Jr NTR in filmmaker Prashanth Neel’s upcoming cinematic juggernaut, tentatively titled “NTRNeel”.

Backed by industry giants Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, the film is touted as one of the most ambitious cinematic ventures in recent ventures. Although no disclosure has been made about the story of the film yet, but from within the industry itself, this project is being described as one of the biggest collaborations in the history of Indian cinema.

Meanwhile, Rukmini Vasanth made such a blast on Instagram on Thursday morning that the curiosity of the fans on social media reached the seventh sky! She shared a mirror selfie. Probably from the vanity van and captioned, “Tiger tiger burning bright.” While the post may appear innocuous to the uninitiated, for fans of of Jr. NTR, the reference was crystal clear.

The post comes amid ongoing rumors over the past few weeks about Rukmini’s casting in the untitled film, which is one of the most awaited collaborations in Telugu cinema. Though the film’s production team has yet to issue an official statement, Rukmini’s carefully worded post feels like a calculated tease- and fans are treating it as the unofficial confirmation they’ve been waiting for.

This film is being produced by an ensemble of industry heavyweights – Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili and Harikrishna Kosaraju.
