Agartala: Oct 22. A section of 10, 323 teachers today threatened of massive movement and said all corruption of the government will expose if problems of the sacked teachers don’t solved.

Addressing a press conference this evening at Agartala City Centre, Bijay Krishna Saha of Joint Movement Committee of 10,323 teachers’ organization said that former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb called the sacked teachers and assured them that the problem would be solved immediately.

“And later the Education Minister also formed an inquiry committee. But so far that report has not been announced. A CBI inquiry was also demanded by the jobless teachers. It has been seen that the investigation report is still kept hidden”, he said.

He however suspects that there is a shadow alliance of BJP and CPIM over the issue.“This time too, when the chief minister was called after the assembly session on September 26, he assured that after Durga Puja, a decision would be taken after discussions with the cabinet members to take a constructive role. But it was seen that the office was open till Friday. Government holiday has started from Saturday. Even during this official holiday, if the government does not take any decision to take a positive role by holding an emergency meeting, then after October 24, the dismissed teachers will not be waiting anymore. Dismissed teachers will take part in a larger movement. And such a movement has not been seen by the current government and any previous government of the state”, he warned.

He also informed that during this movement the corruption of the state government will also be highlighted.“The white paper of what has happened for so long will be brought out. If any legislator is found in it then the government will be responsible for it. All corruption will be exposed which the state government cannot tolerate”, he said.
