12 injured & One died in collision between tripper and commander at Bishalgarh

Agartala, 14th June 2025:   A head-on collision between a tripper and a commander vehicle in the Lashkar Chowmhani area of Bishalgarh left 13 people injured including seven in critical condition. The accident took place early this morning has caused panic among locals.

Reportedly, a passenger commander vehicle bearing registration number TR012989 was traveling from Bishalgarh to Boxanagar when a high-speed tripper bearing registration number TR071890 lost control and crashed into it. The impact resulted in severe injuries to all passengers aboard the commander vehicle.

Residents in the vicinity rushed to the scene and facilitated the rescue efforts, transporting the injured to Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital. Medical personnel attended to the victims and seven critically injured individuals were later shifted to GB Hospital for advanced treatment.Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
