Agartala: August 13. The National Lok Adalat which held today across the state has disposed 2, 534 cases and the settlement amount was Rs.3, 10, 22, 047.
In a notification office of the Tripura State Legal Service Authority said that the National Lok Adalat conducted today throughout the state for various type of Cases like MACT Cases, Matrimonial Cases, NI Act Cases, many other Civil cases and Criminal compoundable cases, M.V. Act., T.P. Act., Excise Cases etc. and pre litigation Bank Loan Recovery cases, BSNL bill recovery cases etc.
It further said that a total 54 courts constituted throughout the state in which a total 9, 512 cases were taken up including 4, 233 pending and 5, 279 pre-litigation.
In today’s Lok Adalat 2, 534 cases disposed of in which 1, 782 are pending and 752 cases are pre-litigation while the total settlement amount was Rs.3,10,22,047.
