Agartala: July 25. 24-hours have been passed Police failed to recover a girl who was reportedly kidnapped by miscreants. According to the sources the miscreants kidnapped the minor girl of Monir Hossain of Kalapani Gram Panchayat under Sonamura police station on Sunday morning.
It is alleged that the abduction incident was organized from Ballerdepa Chowmuhani when she went to the private teacher’s house around 6:30 in the morning.While the minor girl was going to the teacher’s house, some miscreants from Boxanagar appeared in front of the minor girl. Family members alleged that the girl was dragged from the shop in which she was tried to safe her self and taken away in a car.
They further alleged that for the last three months Atiqul Islam (panchayat member), Suman Mia, Sohag, Saddam, Jahangir and Suleman of Boxanagar give proposal of marriage to the girl’s family.But the girl’s family was not ready for marriage. Suleiman Mia started to threaten in various ways for this. But even then, as there was no response, the girl was kidnapped on Sunday morning. Later, the minor girl’s father was threatened consequences if they file any complain with police. Later, the girl’s family however filed a case with Sonamura police station. Monir Hossain, the father of the minor girl and her mother said if been 24-hours no steps were taken from the police.
