Agartala, 24th February 2025:    The Higher Secondary and Secondary examinations for the 2025 academic year conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education commenced today. In Bishalgarh subdivision, the first day of Higher Secondary examinations was marked at Bishalgarh sub-division’s well known schools, Bishalgarh Class XII School and Karuimura Class XII School. A total of 600 students from seven schools are participating in these examinations at this center, as confirmed by Ujjwal Das, the headmaster of Bishalgarh Class XII School.

The meticulous preparations ensured that candidates could undertake their examinations in a peaceful and fear-free environment. To accommodate the guardians accompanying the examinees, Bishalgarh MLA Sushanta Deb has introduced an innovative initiative called ‘Prashanta Nilaya’ (Rest House). This thoughtful arrangement provides comfortable seating and water facilities for guardians, ensuring they do not have to stand in the scorching sun while sending off their children.

The Prashanta Nilaya initiative has been met with widespread appreciation and joy among the guardians, who expressed their gratitude for the MLA’s considerate gesture. Additionally, the district officials of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) added a touch of warmth to the proceedings by showering the examinees with flowers and applying sandalwood drops as they entered the examination hall. This heartwarming gesture aimed to boost the students’ morale and excitement as they embarked on their academic journey.

Furthermore, to ensure that the examinees arrived at their centers on time, the MLA arranged for all the auto-rickshaws at the Bishalgarh Motor Stand to be readily available for transportation. These elaborate measures highlight the community’s dedication to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for students during their crucial examinations.
