AMC marks four years with social welfare initiatives

Agartala, 13th January 2026:  To commemorate its four-year anniversary, the Agartala Municipal Corporation has launched a series of programs across various wards, ranging from blood donation camps to community welfare activities.

Today, Ward No. 14 Councillor Snigdha Das Deb organized a clothing distribution drive for underprivileged residents. The event was attended by Mayor Dipak Majumdar, along with several public representatives and distinguished guests.

Speaking at the program, Mayor Majumdar emphasized that such welfare initiatives reflect the Corporation’s commitment to standing beside ordinary citizens. He assured that in the coming days, the Corporation will continue to undertake both developmental and social projects aimed at improving community life.
