Agartala Oct 22: Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumder announces significant decision for the welfare of city dwellers. Saturday, the AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder announced to sit for solving public grievances even on the holidays.Announcing the same, Majumder said, “AMC Office remains closed on second and fourth Saturday of each month. But to solve the problems of the citizens I will sit at the BJP party office in Krishnanagar on these days”.
“For those people who for some reason cannot go to the office on other days of the week to report their problems, this system is especially for them”, said the Mayor.The Mayor sat in the BJP party office and listened attentively to those who came from different wards today that was a holiday as it was 4th Saturday of October.Mayor Dipak Majumder expressed hope that the problems of the city residents would be solved soon.
