AMC presents Rs 142.10 crores of votes on account

Agartala: April 24. Agartala Municipal Corporation has presented vote on account of Rs 142 crore 10 lakh for the next four months. AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder said that it will be accepted on April 26. According to him, the Tripura government has submitted the vote on account for the first four months of the financial year 2023-24. Accordingly, the AMC has also submitted the vote on account for the next four months.

 He said on this day, RS 142 crore 10 lakh vote on account for four months has been presented today. In this case, it is estimated that the income of AMC will be Rs 141 crore 88 lakh 93 thousand in those four months. The deficit will be 21 lakh 52 thousand taka. According to him, there will be no deficit in the full budget because it will be fulfilled through the various incomes of the AMC. He claimed that the AMC will work for the purpose of making the city’s development and environment beautiful, transparent and free from traffic congestion with the money allocated in the vote on account. He added that new roads will be renovated and drains will be constructed.
