Agartala, 13th May 2025: The Panisagar Art School managed by Tripura Art Society organized its annual function and award distribution ceremony at Panisagar Town Hall, bringing together distinguished guests, talented artists and enthusiastic students.
The event commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by Dhananjay Deb Nath, Vice-Chairman of Panisagar Nagar Panchayat. He was accompanied by Mousumi Debnath, State Committee Member of the Cultural Cell; Milan Kanti De, poet and writer; Ananta Das, social worker; Padma Bandyopadhyay, educator; Madhav Mia, Office Secretary of Tripura Art Society; Subrata Deb, President of the Dharmanagar Branch Committee; and Falguni Chakraborty, Principal of Panisagar Art School.
Students who participated in the art competition were recognized and awarded for their creative excellence. Additionally, special honors were presented to distinguished cultural figures, including teachers and students from various art schools across the Panisagar subdivision.
A vibrant exhibition showcasing the artwork of Panisagar Art School students was set up in the town hall premises, drawing admiration from attendees. The celebration also featured captivating cultural performances, adding to the artistic fervor of the event.
