Agartala, 5th August 2024:  In anticipation of Independence Day on August 15, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up to promote the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative on a grand scale once again. This year, the campaign’s execution will see key organizational figures taking charge of various states to ensure its success.

Arindam Deb, the in-charge of the Social Media Cell in Tripura Pradesh has been appointed as ‘Prabhari’ by BJP’s central leadership to lead the campaign across 11 states and Union Territories including Tripura. This appointment comes directly from BJP National President JP Nadda, party’s general secretary (organization) BL Santosh, and IT and Social Media in-charge Amit Malviya.

Deb’s responsibilities extend beyond Tripura to include West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. In a social media post on Saturday, Deb confirmed his new role and called for public cooperation to ensure the campaign’s success.

The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative aims to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes, fostering a sense of patriotism and unity. With Deb’s extensive experience in social media strategy, the BJP hopes to maximize the reach and impact of this campaign across these diverse regions.
