Assam Rifles holds workshop on digital literacy for youth in Tripura

Agartala, 3rd February 2026:    With the aim of empowering youth with essential digital skills and promoting responsible use of technology, Assam Rifles organised a Workshop on Digital Literacy for local youth at Radhanagar and Teliamura on 03 February 2026.

The workshop witnessed active participation from local youth, including students and young adults from surrounding areas.

Assam Rifles personnel conducted informative and interactive sessions focusing on the importance of digital awareness in today’s technology-driven world.

During the workshop, participants were sensitised on basic digital skills, safe use of the internet, cyber security awareness, online fraud prevention, responsible use of social media and opportunities available through digital platforms for education, skill development and employment.

The sessions encouraged open interaction with participants seeking guidance on practical digital issues faced in daily life. Through this initiative, Assam Rifles reaffirmed its commitment towards youth empowerment and  digital.
