Agartala, 25th February 2026: Hasan Al Bashar Abul Ulayee, Assistant High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Agartala, called on Tripura’s Transport and Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury at the state secretariat here today.
Following the meeting, Minister Chowdhury shared on social media that the discussions were held in a “very cordial atmosphere” and touched upon a wide range of contemporary issues in a constructive manner.
Officials view the engagement as part of ongoing efforts to deepen cooperation between Tripura and Bangladesh, particularly in the fields of connectivity and tourism. The dialogue highlights the growing role of regional diplomacy in strengthening cross-border relations and fostering mutual development.
