Belonia two-time former MLA Amal Mallick passed away

Agartala, June 13, 2023: One of the leaders of the anti-Left movement, the two-time Congress MLA and now the senior leader of the BJP, Amal Mallik passed away on Tuesday.

Although he had been ill for a long time, there was no sign of death. He was seen by the doctor from the Belonia sub-divisional hospital on Tuesday morning. Suddenly feeling unwell in the afternoon, the people of the house immediately brought Belonia to the hospital. Oxygen was given immediately after being brought to the hospital. Former MLA Amal Mallick did not get medical treatment on bed. After getting an heart attack, he passed away at half past four leaving all illusions and compassion.

Belonia Mandal President Goutam Sarkar, BJP South District General Secretary Biswanath Das, CPIM MLA Dipankar Sen, CPIM Belonia Divisional Secretary Tapas Datta, Belonia Municipal Council Chairperson Nikhil Chandra Gope, Zilla Parishad Saha-Sabhadipati Bibhishan Chandra Das immediately rushed to Belonia Hospital after hearing about his death. They all expressed their condolences to the family members, relatives, friends.
