Agartala, July 29, 2023: GR Ravindra Raju has been appointed as the General Secretary of the BJP organization in Tripura. He will hold the joint charge of Assam. Meanwhile, Fanindranath Sharma, who is in-charge of those two states, has been appointed as the General Secretary of organization in Haryana. BJP All India General Secretary Arun Singh issued a notification in this regard today.
Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, BJP All India President Jagat Prakash Nadda has overhauled the party’s organizational structure. Accordingly, he relieved Phanindranath Sharma from the responsibility of the General Secretary of the organization of Tripura and gave him the responsibility of Haryana.
Meanwhile, GR Rabindra Raju, who is the General Secretary of Tripura BJP organization, is also the Chairman of the Organizational Building Committee of BJP. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh campaigner GR Raju Rabindra served as the state organization general secretary in Andhra Pradesh for a long time.
Chief Minister Prof Dr Manik Saha and BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee congratulated the newly appointed organizational General Secretary. Meanwhile, Vivek Dadkar has been appointed as the General Secretary of the BJP organization of Andaman & Nicobar.
