BJP government miserably failed in every aspect in state: Samir Ranjan Barman

Agartala: July 18. The former Tripura Chief Minister and veteran Congress leader Samir Ranjan Barman today lashed out at the BJP-led state government claiming that the government has completely failed in each and every aspect.

While attending a 72-hour mass demonstration by Youth Congress, Samir Barman said, “There is nothing about Law and order in the state, the burning issues which is unemployment is not decreasing, poor people are not getting food, drinking water. Never in the past had such a situation prevailed in the state but this is happening during the role of the BJP in Tripura. The government totally failed in each and every aspect”.

The AICC secretary Szarita Laithphalng said termed the Country as ‘Berojgari Ki Chidiya’.“Once upon a time India was known for ‘Sone Ki Chidiya’ (golden Bird) and now it is known as ‘ Berojgari Ki Chidiya’ (Bird of unemployment). Not only in Tripura but also across the country BJP is doing wrong with youths. Congress is with the unemployed youths. In coming days too we will be with the youths of the country and of Tripura too”, she said.

While former BJP MLA and Congress leader Asish Kumar Saha claimed that across the country the ruling BJP is playing and using the unemployed youths. “Today across the country in our state also the PYC is holding the protest. The youths are today aimless, directionless, and becoming drug addicted which resulting the deterioration of law and order. For last four years this BJP a Joomla government just given them fake and false promises and used them. If the government failed to fulfill our demands Youth Congress would intensify their movement”, he added.
